Photograph Jewelry
I am a painter and an artist entrepreneur woman of spirit.
I moved to New York in 1990 where I worked as a ceramist and studied fine art.
In the late nineties I started my own business, first as a t-shirt designer, then jewelry maker, photographer.
New York is where I live and so…
I wanted to make something that reflects what I love.
I love it’s history. It is truly fascinating….I have a particular fondness for Central Park and its trees. All the photographs in my jewelry were taken by me in New York City

and….yes, film camera

Enamel Jewelry

New York City is also about color. About seven years ago, I fell  in love with enameling. I chose to work with copper because it has many healing qualities.  And from here the lightweight enamel earrings were born.

I cut the copper by hand and enamel it in a kiln on both sides at 1400 Fahrenheit.

No two earrings are exactly alike. The color combination with each piece will be slightly different.  The earwires are either Sterling Silver or Surgical Steel.
All of the materials I work with are timeless. The process of enameling is an ancient technique that goes back thousands of years.
My aim with this line is to bring the joy of color to women young at heart.
